When we began, we issued a survey to our staff asking what frustrated, challenged and excited them about their jobs. We are headquartered in Charleston, SC, which has been consistently voted a top city in the world. Though its tech, foodie & shopping scenes might be booming, it still has small town appeal—and our view of the water doesn’t hurt either.
